COVID-19 Update 06/30/20

In anticipation that Bucks County will enter the “green” phase of reopening, we will be adjusting our operation in the following ways:


  1. Effective Tuesday June 30, 2020, our lobby will reopen to the public. Please note that our office will be closed on Friday July 3, as we celebrate the Fourth of July holiday.
  2. Effective Monday July 6, 2020, our phone service hours and lobby hours will expand to Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm.


If you wish to meet in our office to review your coverage information or to make extensive policy changes, we will request that you call the office first. Since we still have agents working remotely, a phone call will ensure that the right person is in our office to help you.


In addition, as required by Governor Wolf, we request that all individuals entering the office wear a face covering while on the premises unless they cannot do so due to a medical condition or are under the age of two.


To protect the health and well-being of our employees and customers, we ask that you do not enter our office location if you:

  • Are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19;
  • Have cared for or been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days. Please note that this restriction does not apply to health care professionals;
  • Have been advised to self-quarantine; or
  • Are currently infected with COVID-19 or are undergoing treatment for COVID-19.

You may also utilize the “Contact Us” tab on our website, If you do drop payments off at our office after hours, there is a mail slot through the front door. Payments will be processed as they are received, and a receipt will be mailed to you.
