Like your family and other small businesses in our community, we are adjusting to our current situation and are working to adapt our service model to remote work sites. We thank you for your patience as we work our way through this transition.

Effective immediately, our office will operate with modified phone hours of 9am -4pm Monday to Friday.

As always, you are free to contact our office by phone, fax or email. You may also utilize the “Policy Service” or “Contact Us” tab on this website. If you do drop payments off at our office, there is a mail slot through the front door. Payments will be processed as they are received, and a receipt will be mailed to you.

If you have never created an online account with Erie Insurance, now may be a good time to do so. Online account access is available anytime to personal lines customers through There you can access policy, billing and claims information and make payments all online.
