Steven M. Histand, CIC is the President of CD Baker Insurance, Inc.  Steve began his career with the agency in 1991 and is a highly respected professional throughout the industry. Steve is supported by the agency founder and Vice-President, C. David Baker, CIC, himself having over 30 years experience as an agent and former insurance industry instructor. Both are holders of the prestigious designation of Certified Insurance Counselor.

In addition to Mr. Histand and Mr. Baker, the agency is supervised by a Service Manager, Ms. Joy Hunsberger, CISR and a Sales Manager, Mr. Todd Moyer, CIC.
